Service Fee: The monthly fee for the Post Box Service is £35+VAT. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.

Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel the service.

Late Payments: Late payments will incur a charge of £10 per week until all arrears are cleared.

ID Requirements: Upon signing the contract, customers must provide two forms of ID: one photo ID (e.g., passport, driving license) and one proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

No Telephone Answering or Large Parcel Acceptance: This service does not include telephone answering or the acceptance of large parcels.

Terms Review: All terms and conditions are subject to review and will be updated accordingly on the website.

You may register up to four different company names under each post box contract. For every additional company registered, there will be a monthly charge of £5.50 plus VAT.
