Hello,

My name is Vera Duse, I am a qualified yoga teacher and have set up some classes at The Dock Hub, these classes are open to all, I have made it so that they are affordable and accessible for all. The classes will be 50 minute long and will take place on the ground floor at The Dock Hub. I have set up some dates and times to start with but these are open to suggestions and change as I would love to create an offer that fits in with the needs of the community. I might set up a few more classes if needed so please feel free to email me your desired days and times. I will be providing a few yoga mats but please bring your own, if you have one, as well as wearing something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Read more about my classes here.
